born October 28, 1935, in Owingsville, KY, the son of Thomas and Flo Lisle Bratton.
Bobby graduated from Winchester High School, Class of 1954. Attended Georgetown College where he served as President of Kappa Alpha Fraternity and played Football for the Tigers earning a bachelors degree in Arts, Class of 1958.
